Technical Project Manager - Agile / Scrum Methodologies

Key duties/responsibilities will include :

Analyze, plan, and develop requirements and standards about scheduled projects

Assign and oversee the daily tasks of technical personnel while ensuring all subordinates are actively working toward established milestones

Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for staff members required for specific projects or initiatives

Hold regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects

Chair Agile/Scrum ceremonies and provide fortnightly Sprint closeout report to the GPMO Project Manager (Product Owner)

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a relevant field preferred.

Certified scrum master preferred.

3+ years of experience as a scrum master or in a similar role.

Experience with Azure DevOps

Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum to deliver solutions.

Leadership and management experience.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience mentoring, coaching, and developing rising talent in the technology teams

Excellent time management and organizational skills and experience establishing guidelines in these areas for others

Managerial experience applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head-off obstacles.
