Operations

Oversee daily facility operations, including housekeeping and maintenance services.
Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for quality service execution.
Address client concerns and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Sales & Business Development:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the facility management sector.
Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and vendors.
Prepare and present proposals, bids, and contracts to potential clients.
Achieve revenue and profitability targets through strategic planning.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends and client needs.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience: Minimum 5+ years in facility management, operations, or sales.
Strong expertise in client handling, vendor management, and compliance.
Knowledge of SAP/ERP systems is a plus.
Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
