Hiring For HR Ops Intern Role | Lower Parel - Mumbai

Responsibilities:

• Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
• Gather data for Joining Formalities and Onboarding process - Branch Wise for location.
• Screen documents and application forms for the onboarding.
• Prepare HR-related reports as needed (like Code Creation by Ops department).
• Contact employees for role the Elevation and Retention.

Prefferd Candiadated Profiles:

• Experience with MS Office
• Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting
• Organizational skills & Communication Skills.
• Bachelors' in Human Resources Management or Related field
