Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media & Content Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, and optimizing our online presence. You will leverage your proficiency in graphic design tools and SEO knowledge to track performance and enhance traffic and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation & Graphics: Design and produce compelling visuals, graphics, and videos for social media and marketing materials using tools like Canva, Photoshop, CorelDraw, and video editing software.
• Social Media Management: Oversee and grow multiple social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.), creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and ensuring consistent brand messaging.
• SEO Optimization: Improve website content and social media posts for SEO, ensuring content ranks well on search engines and attracts relevant traffic.
• Performance Tracking & Analysis: Utilize tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and SEO analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of content, providing actionable insights to improve performance and increase conversions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and design teams to align strategies and ensure a consistent brand voice across all platforms.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, CorelDraw, and video editing software.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and social media tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills and creativity to develop engaging content.
• Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights to improve traffic and conversions.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
