Full Stack Technical Lead - React.js & Django (6-7 yrs)

We are looking for a Full-Stack Tech Lead to drive the development of our web applications. You will lead a team of developers, ensuring high-quality code, scalable architecture, and seamless user experiences. Your expertise in React.js, Django, RESTful APIs, Google Cloud, SQL/NoSQL databases, and UX/UI best practices will be crucial in delivering robust solutions.

Responsibilities :

- Architect, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React.js & Django

- Design and optimize RESTful APIs for performance and security

- Manage cloud deployments on Google Cloud

- Ensure database efficiency with SQL/NoSQL solutions

- Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices

- Lead and mentor the development team, fostering collaboration

- Oversee UX/UI design to deliver intuitive user experiences

Requirements :

- Strong proficiency in React.js & Python (Django)

- Experience with RESTful API design & integrations

- Familiarity with Google Cloud services

- Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases

- Solid understanding of UX/UI principles

- Experience with code reviews, best practices, and team leadership

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
