Proven experience as a Hyperion Solution Architect, preferably with at least 10 years of experience in the implementation and management of Hyperion Planning and budgeting on premise Oracle EPM Solution.
Strong understanding of public sector budgeting processes, including governmental financial regulations and multi-year budgeting cycles.
Experience in multi-departmental budgeting and financial reporting in a public sector or large enterprise environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to lead complex solution design and implementation.
Familiarity with Hyperion Data Relationship Management (DRM) and Oracle Essbase.
Proven experience with financial reporting and analytics in the context of public sector institutions.
Knowledge of multi-language budgeting application
