Job Description
We re looking for a dynamic Product Marketing Intern to support key operational and communication functions within our Product Marketing team. This role will manage a range of tasks from sending newsletters and promotions to coordinating internal events. You ll gain hands-on experience with our CRM product suite, especially in the loyalty space, while working with global teams and exploring new opportunities as our team expands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Internal & Customer Communications: Draft and send newsletters, product updates, and announcements for both internal teams and customer audiences.
- Event Coordination: Assist in organizing events like Product Premier Day, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure impactful and well-coordinated events.
- Content Creation: Contribute to creating training and awareness materials that promote product knowledge and engagement.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with global teams across departments such as Product, Design, and Sales, gaining exposure to diverse perspectives and practices.
- Hands-On Product Familiarization: Engage with our CRM product suite to better understand its functions, features, and applications.
- Continuous Learning & Growth: Seize opportunities to upskill in CRM, loyalty marketing, and product marketing as our team expands.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Interest in CRM and loyalty marketing; previous experience or coursework is a plus.
- Organized, proactive, and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative team player with an eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
