Application Support Analyst

We are looking for a highly motivated Associate Solution Architect to join our team, ideally suited for Tech Support Engineers (5-8 years of experience) who are eager to transition into solution architecture while continuing to support and enhance an in-house integration product suite. This role will involve working on an internally developed product/tool suite, responsible for both product enhancements and providing ongoing support to ensure seamless functionality for users.As an Associate Solution Architect, you will collaborate closely with product managers, senior architects, and engineering teams to design and implement enhancements to the product suite, while continuing to leverage your deep technical expertise from your support background to troubleshoot and resolve product issues. You will be instrumental in ensuring that the product aligns with business needs and technical requirements.Internal Skills And Expertise

• Technical Problem-Solving: Leverage your troubleshooting expertise to diagnose, resolve, and provide long-term solutions for technical issues within the product suite.
• Solution Design: Assist in creating scalable, maintainable, and efficient architectural designs for product enhancements and integrations.
• Customer-Facing Experience: Previous experience working with clients or internal stakeholders to gather requirements, explain technical details, and provide ongoing support.
• System Integration: Solid understanding of how to integrate multiple systems or components effectively, ensuring they work seamlessly together.
• Documentation & Process Improvement: Experience documenting technical designs, solutions, and troubleshooting guides. Contribute to process improvements based on feedback and incident trends.
• Adaptability & Learning: Ability to quickly learn new tools, technologies, and frameworks in the context of enhancing in-house tools
• Integration Tools: Experience working with in-house or third-party integration tools and frameworks (e.g., APIs, middleware, ETL tools).
• Operating Systems & Databases: Proficient in troubleshooting issues on systems running Windows, Linux, and macOS. Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB, SQL Server).
• Cloud Technologies: Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure) is a plus, especially with integrating cloud-based tools or services
