Coding Role : Full Stack JavaScript Developer

Job Description :

- Minimum 2 to 3 years experience in Full Stack JavaScript Web Developments

- Lead and mentor teams of dedicated engineers to build Internet scale applications where performance, reliability, and scalability, are critical design goals not after-thoughts.

- Create beautiful, interactive and easy-to-use web applications using React, Redux, Webpack, and the rest of the rapidly advancing React ecosystem.

- Responsible for upholding technical rigor on their team

- Serve as technical tie breaker for all technical decisions on the team

- Provide mentorship and technical leadership to the engineers on your team

- Work closely with the Engineering Manager, Product Manager, and Product Designer on breaking down problems into achievable chunks

- Should have sound knowledge on web-designing using React

- Good understanding and Implementation experience on backend using Node JS .

- Knowledge on building APIs is a must.

- Should understand and design SQL / PostgreSQL queries .

- Proactive candidate who can also debug issues and do "Root Cause Analysis" independently.

- Collaborate with team members to scope, design, implement, and document new features

- Identify bugs, write tests, and propose improvements to maintain code quality standards

- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and distribute knowledge

- Document internal processes and procedures

- Developing front end website architecture.

- Designing user interactions on web pages.

- Developing back end website applications.

- Creating servers and databases for functionality.

- Ensuring cross-platform optimization for mobile phones.

- Ensuring responsiveness of applications.

- Working alongside graphic designers for web design features.

- Seeing through a project from conception to finished product.

Skills :

- Prior experience as a Full Stack Developer

- Experience developing web applications

- Knowledge of front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery)

- Knowledge of back-end languages (Python) and JavaScript frameworks (React, Node.js)

- Experience working with Database
