Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI agents to automate various business processes.
• Leverage tools such as Make.com and n8n and AWS for integration and workflow automation.
• Develop and optimize AI models for tasks like natural language processing, data analysis, and decision support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Integrate AI agents with existing business systems and APIs.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using programming languages such as Python and utilizing vector database and RAG algorithms and best practices
• Utilize frameworks and libraries like LangChain, CrewAI, PyTorch, or Hugging Face to build and fine-tune AI models.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for AI models and agent deployments.
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in AI and automation technologies, and evaluate their applicability to business needs.
• Experience working with vector databases and RAG pipelines

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on AI development.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Make.com and n8n for workflow automation and integration.
• Solid understanding of APIs, RESTful services, and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for AI model deployment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building and deploying AI-powered chatbots or autonomous agents.
• Knowledge of workflow management and automation tools.
• Understanding of data pipelines and ETL processes.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Jenkins.
