Canteen Supervisor

Role & responsibilities

• Overall responsibility of Canteen operations & Vendor management.
• Inventory control and material management of the canteen store.
• Weekly Menu preparation in discussion with the Canteen Committee
• Controlling and deploying required manpower in food preparation and serving.
• Cost control and waste elimination.
• Ensuring hygiene in food preparation, serving and transportation to the group company and Production plants.
• Ensuring balanced diet is served for employees
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide training to staff.
• Ensure that all prescribed business processes and procedures are complied with and carried out.
• Supervise and manage the canteen staff to ensure efficient operation.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the canteen.
• Oversee food preparation and presentation to ensure quality and consistency.
• Manage inventory and ordering of supplies to prevent shortages and excesses.
• Responsible for preparation of Annual Canteen Budgets.
