Role & responsibilities

1. Analytical method development of new products.

2. Preparation of QC/QA related documents as per GMP.

3. Routine analysis planning as per allocation.

4. Chemical and glassware stock maintaining.

5. To carry out the analysis with safety and cleanliness.

6. Daily reporting to superiors.

7. To record all analysis and daily activities on proper document.

8. To carry out the all instrument calibration as per calibration schedule and also its document.

9. Maintain the all instrument log books.

10. Quality Control functions in Pharmaceutical plant.

11. Testing and analysis of various raw materials, finished drugs.

12. Maintain laboratory operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed Changes to RA & QA Department.

13. Hands-on experience with lab instruments, including viscometers, pH meters and conductivity meters. Hands-on HPLC experience, Chem Station a plus.

14. Perform instrument calibration such as HPLC, UPLC, GC, Dissolution apparatus, UV, IR, pH, Viscometer etc.

15. Analyse samples using appropriate instrumentation such as HPLC, UPLC, GC, Dissolution apparatus, UV, IR, pH, Viscometer etc.

16. Councils other staff when unsafe practices are observed and makes recommendation to improve laboratory practices in this area.

17. Preparing accurate and complete records of the work performed.
