Role & responsibilities
- To develop and implement regional marketing plans in line with central marketing strategy and regional sales objectives.
- Develop and implement customer centric activities to enhance customer engagement.
- Develop regional marketing programs to solve problem specific to the region, evaluate new channels for activities to effectively and efficiently engage with new prospects and existing customers.
- Manage the regional marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation and achieving ROI targets.
- Ensure brand consistency and integrity across all regional marketing initiatives. Strengthen the banks brand presence and reputation within the region.
- Collaborate with cross-functional team and centralised marketing team to ensure seamless activity execution.
- Build and effectively manage relationships with local vendors, media partners etc.
- Lead, mentor and manage cross functional team within the region on implementing marketing activities.
- Conduct Market Research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities and competitive landscape.Preferred candidate profile
