System Administrator

The IT Systems Administrator will manage and maintain various critical IT systems, including backup and disaster recovery, network security, and endpoint protection. The specialist will ensure the organization's IT infrastructure's integrity, security, and availability. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of backup solutions, security tools, and system management. The candidate should be willing to work night shifts and operate in a hybrid model.

Skills Required:

• Expertise in TEM (Telecom Expense Management) administration for wireline.
• Proficiency in Cisco Meraki network administration.
• Experience managing real estate-related IT requirements, including branch moves and site setups.
• Knowledge of inside wiring, Wi-Fi configurations, and firewall cutovers.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Cisco Meraki Network Administration:

• Manage and maintain the Cisco Meraki network infrastructure across branches.
• Ensure optimal performance, configuration, and security of the network.

Branch Operations Management:

• Oversee branch moves, additions, dispositions, and upgrades for IT infrastructure.
• Manage and coordinate inside wiring and internet setups.

Site Coordination:

• Schedule and coordinate site visits for IT requirements.
• Manage inside wiring installations, Wi-Fi setup, and firewall cutovers.

IT Real Estate Support:

• Support IT-related requirements for real estate operations, ensuring seamless transitions during branch changes.
