Account Coordinator

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable, including debt collection, payment follow-up, and reconciliations.
  
• Ensure timely payments from clients by sending reminders and following up on overdue amounts.
  
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications with clients.
  
• Identify potential issues with client accounts and take proactive steps to resolve them.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
  
• Strong understanding of debt collection, payment collection, payment follow-up, debt recovery, and accounts reconciliation processes.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients.
