We are urgently looking for Senior UX Designer

Experiance - 8 + Years (We are looking for candidates who have a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience working as UX Designer)

We are looking for a highly talented UX Designer to join our team, who lives and breathes Design, and finding key concepts is hidden deep inside real-world contexts second nature to him/her. The UX Designer typically feels compelled to design things right in his/her everyday life and is eager to create elegant Design solutions to complex problems that change the status quo.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• As a UX Designer will work with a cross functional global team of technologists and will be

responsible for designing the experience of a user and his/her journey through a platform
whether it is a website, a web app, a mobile application or a portal.

• Define and own user experience design deliverables across software project initiatives including ideation, user-flow analysis, wire-framing, interaction design, visual design, prototyping, branding and execution.
• Ensure interactive and visual designs achieve the highest level of usability, desirability and

customer satisfaction.

• Carry products from concept to development using your abilities to distil complex problems into intuitive, clean, user-friendly designs leveraging their knowledge and history with user

experience concepts, creating information architectures, applying and growing existing
design languages and systems, while delivering the appropriate content to development
partners (workflows, behavioural specifications, interactive prototypes, etc.).

Skills & Essential Requirements

• A bachelor's degree and a minimum of 8+ years UX design experience for digital products or

services

• Proficiency with UI layout and prototyping tools like XD, Figma, Sketch, and InVision Studio.

Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (including Illustrator and Photoshop).

• Strong skillset in digital design with an emphasis on Windows, mobile (iOS/Android), and web User Interfaces.
• Must be up to date with the latest in interactive and visual design trends.
• Demonstrates the ability to process and integrate studies, reports, trends, data, and information into plans, deliverables, and recommendations
• Experience in the full design process: researching, mood board and wire-framing, design mature screens, user journey prototypes and deliverable exportable links to the developers
• Desirable Requirements
• Experience with typography, colour, space, layout, texture, and visual design for

branding/commerce environments.

• Experience with visual storytelling including video editing.
