1. Customer Outreach :

   • Make outbound calls to prospective customers based on provided leads.
   • Answer incoming calls and handle customer inquiries efficiently.

2. Sales and Promotion :

   • Promote and explain products/services to potential customers.
   • Achieve or exceed sales and lead conversion targets.

3. Customer Service :

   • Address customer questions, complaints, and concerns promptly.
   • Provide accurate information and follow up when necessary.

4. Record Management :

   • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
   • Update CRM systems with call outcomes and feedback.

5. Team Collaboration :

• Work closely with team members to achieve overall targets.
• Share insights and suggestions to improve processes and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in any field is a plus.
• Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is preferred.
