Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telemarketing Executive US Process. The Telemarketing Executive will be responsible for lead generation, customer service, customer support, sales, and effective communication. The role is based in Dehradun, India.

Qualifications

• Lead Generation, Sales, and Communication skills
• Customer Service and Customer Support skills
• Experience in telemarketing or sales roles
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to meet targets and deadlines
• Knowledge of CRM software is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
