Key Responsibilities:

Learning and Development:

Participate in a structured training program designed to provide exposure to key areas of marketing and management.
Acquire knowledge and skills through classroom training, workshops, and on-the-job learning experiences.
Market Research and Analysis:

Conduct market research and analysis to identify target demographics, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
Assist in gathering and analyzing data to support marketing strategies and decision-making processes.
Marketing Campaigns:

Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional advertising.
Assist in creating marketing materials, collateral, and content to promote products or services.
Sales Support:

Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads, qualify prospects, and support sales initiatives.
Assist in coordinating sales activities, preparing sales presentations, and following up on sales leads.
