Finacle CRM Support Engineer (3-5 yrs)

Designation : Support candidate (Finacle CRM & Loan Module is must)

Location : Delhi - Sansad Marg

Experience : 3 years to 5 years

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Primary L2 contact point for CRM product and custom issues, problems, and new change requirement.

- Business Requirement gathering and mapping the same in Finacle CRM Patch Deployment & UAT support.

- Simulation of Production issues in UAT and resolution.

- Coordinate with Infosys L3 support team for new requirements, product level clarifications, issue resolutions

- Support DC- DR Drill, Month-end & year-end activity support

- Fix/debug Production issues & prompt resolution

- Coordination with the Bank team for logical conclusion of issues.

- Candidate must have hands-on experience in Finacle CRM & Loan Module Experience.

Skills /Competencies :

- Overall Finacle architecture knowledge and in-depth functional knowledge of the module with strong technical customization/enhancement experience of 3+ 5 years' experience :

- End to End functional knowledge of the CRM module Both Retail, Corporate.

- Customization and enhancement development experience on the requirements related to the CRM
module

- Strong customization experience including but not limited to - New menus, validations, complex reports

- Log analysis and Issue debugging skills

- Finacle product scripting, Java , Javscript, Linux commands

- Woking knowledge of other CORE module viz CASA, loan etc

- Knowledge of SQL , Finacle tables and Java

- Able to work in shift rotations at client site.

- Excellent communication (Email/Oral) skills
