Role & responsibilities

1. Safety Induction and Security Measures: Utilize your expertise from your Ex-Army background to develop and implement comprehensive safety and security measures for all locations, including organization premises, company colony areas, Guesthouse, Temple, Club, and Playground.
2. Security Operations: Apply your military training to ensure the efficient deployment of security personnel, monitoring of CCTV cameras, and access control systems to always prevent unauthorized access and maintain security.
3. Emergency Response Planning: Utilize your experience in emergency response to develop and communicate effective plans for fire outbreaks, medical emergencies, and other potential security incidents.
4. Regular Inspections: Conduct thorough safety inspections of all premises, leveraging your attention to detail to identify and address potential hazards or security vulnerabilities.
5. Guest and Visitor Management: Utilize your organizational and communication skills to oversee the management of guests and visitors, ensuring proper registration and adherence to security protocols.
6. Company Land Encroachment Prevention: Leverage your knowledge of surveillance and strategic planning to regularly inspect and monitor the land surrounding the premises, preventing encroachment cases and taking appropriate actions to safeguard the organization's property.
7. Incident Reporting: Utilize your disciplined approach to document and report any security incidents, theft cases, damage, or suspicious activities to the appropriate authorities and management, maintaining accurate records of incidents and security-related activities.
8. Reporting FIRs and Coordination: Utilize your familiarity with legal procedures to collaborate with law enforcement authorities to file FIRs in case of theft or damages incidents, and provide support during the investigation process.
9. Safety Training and Awareness: Utilize your leadership skills and military training to conduct safety training and awareness programs for staff, residents, and other stakeholders, educating them about safety protocols, emergency procedures, and security guidelines.
10. Vendor Management: Coordinate with security vendors and agencies, utilizing your organizational and negotiation skills to ensure the effective deployment of security personnel and services for all locations.
11. Facility Maintenance: Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure the proper maintenance and security of the guest house, temple, club, play ground, and other common areas, leveraging your hands-on experience in overseeing such operations.
12. Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date with relevant safety and security regulations and laws, ensuring compliance with all related guidelines, utilizing your disciplined approach to adhere to legal requirements.
