Job Description
As a .Net developer at Calance, you will be responsible to build software applications using languages and technologies of the .NET framework. You will be responsible for designing, coding, testing, and deploying applications, as we'll as providing technical support and maintaining software throughout its lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Dot NET Framework 4.7.2 MVC, WEB API, and C#: Our backend is built using the .NET Framework, utilizing MVC architecture and Web API for developing RESTful services. The primary programming language for server-side logic is C#
- JavaScript AngularJS, JQuery: For dynamic and interactive user interfaces, we employ JavaScript along with AngularJS, enabling us to create responsive and efficient client-side applications
- HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap: The presentation layer is crafted using HTML and CSS, with Bootstrap providing a responsive and consistent design framework
- SQL: We use SQL for database management, ensuring reliable data storage, retrieval, and manipulation to support our applications functionality
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Proven experience as a .NET Developer or Application Developer
- Familiarity with the ASP.NET framework, SQL Server and design/architectural patterns (eg Model-View-Controller (MVC))
- Knowledge of at least one of the .NET languages (eg C#, Visual Basic .NET) and HTML5/CSS3
- Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC)
- Understanding of Agile methodologies
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to maintain attention to detail to deliver high-quality outcomes consistently
