Revit Modeler (Joinery) / BIM Modeler (Joinery)

We are seeking a skilled Joinery Revit Modeller to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in joinery design and proficient knowledge of Revit software. You will play a crucial role in creating detailed 3D models, ensuring accurate representation of joinery components for fabrication and installation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed 3D Revit models of joinery components based on design specifications.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Prepare shop drawings and material take-offs from Revit models.
• Conduct quality checks on models and drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
• Assist in the development of project documentation and presentations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to joinery and Revit software.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in Autodesk Revit and other relevant software (AutoCAD, SketchUp).
• Strong understanding of joinery design principles and materials.
• Previous experience in joinery modelling or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with BIM (Building Information Modeling) processes.
• Familiarity with other software tools like Navisworks, Photoshop, or rendering software.
