Senior Architect

Hello Candidate,

We are hiring for Senior Architect for our Saltlake sector-5 office.

Experience:- 10 years+

Design and Planning:
* Develop and present landscape and building designs and plans to clients and stakeholders.
* Evaluate and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as sustainability and safety standards.
* Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software for detailed drawing and modeling.
* ⁠Revit software knowledge will be preferred
Client and Stakeholder Management:
* Act as primary point of contact for clients addressing their needs and concerns.
* Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders for smooth project execution.
* Conduct regular meetings to update clients and stakeholders on project progress.

Team Management:
* Mentor and supervise junior architects, designers, and project team members.
* Cultivate a collaborative and productive work environment.
* Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.

Quality Control and Compliance:
* Ensure all projects meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
* Address any issues or challenges arising during the project lifecycle.
