To ensure the raw material /finished product/intermediates sampling is to done as per SOP. To ensure that every specification and method of analysis used of right product/material code. To ensure 100 % implementation of analysis parameter for analysis as per method of analysis. To take instruction from Shift /Section In charge for analysis /planning. To report any lab. Deviation/ discrepancy in laboratory /analysis to Shift/Section In charge. To ensure completion of targeted analysis planning (Analysis planning available with Shift/Section In charge) To be preparation working standard IH, reference standard & pharmacoipa reference standard as per specification and moa. To calibrate of laboratory instruments as per schedule. To insure the all reagents and volumetric solution are standardize as per schedule. To ensure the analytical documents like specification, protocol, STP are prepared as per SOP To take training from concerned person to update the cGLP system/update technical knowledge. To analyses and fill the analytical reports/protocols as per product/material specification. To maintain instruments logbooks properly as per analysis. To take training from concerned person on cost reduction/technical awareness /cGLP system. To ask for training to workmen/trainees in areas which they thinks they needs to improve. To guide/train workmen/trainees /contract workmen to work in QC laboratory. To coordinate with QA department for cGLP system. To coordinate with production department for planning/clubbing of analysis. To coordinate with store department to prior information of urgent analysis of raw material. To coordinate with EHS for safety and environment related issues."
