Role & responsibilities

Job Responsibility

• Drafting using appropriate drafting standards for P&ID, GAD, Pressure Vessel detail, Piping Isometrics & Structural detail.
• Determining whether supplied inputs are adequate before starting drafting.
• Layout for the Equipment assembly / Plant Layout based on the calculations input from Team Lead CAD / Engineers / Manager.
• Submitting the drawing to the concerned person for checking and Ensure error free drawings and timely delivery.
• Implementing the corrections and finalizing the drawing.
• Organizing & maintaining the drawings & check prints. Responsible for implementing QMS procedure & maintaining related documentation with respect their task assigned.
• Controlling of revisions to the drawings & ensuring the appropriate revisions issued to the customer.
• Co-ordination for completion of drafting activity related to projects.
• During project processing updating of drawing status through drawing list to the Project Coordinator & to the customer.
• Responsible for Retrieval, Updating of drawings as on when it is required to the projects/Quotes

Skills Required

• Plant Design Cadworx Plant Professional, AutoCAD Plant 3D
• 2D Drafting AutoCAD
• Expertise Pressure Vessel Detailing, Piping Isometrics, Heat Exchanger Detailing Etc.,

Qualification & Experience Required:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/ Design & Drafting
• Minimum 3 Years of Experience

Preferred candidate profile
