Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Junior Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team at our toy manufacturing facility in Bavla, Ahmedabad. This role is ideal for freshers or individuals with up to 3 years of experience who have a flair for design and creativity. You will be responsible for designing innovative toys using advanced mechanical design tools and techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop 3D models and technical designs for toys using SolidWorks.

Utilize surface modeling to create complex shapes and innovative designs for toy components.

Collaborate with the product development team to conceptualize and design creative, safe, and functional toys.

Ensure all designs are optimized for manufacturability, assembly, and cost-efficiency.

Participate in prototyping, testing, and validation of toy designs.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations for toy manufacturing.

Prepare design documentation, including CAD files, drawings, and technical reports.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education: Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

Experience: 0-3 years of experience in mechanical design (freshers with strong skills are encouraged to apply).

Proficiency in SolidWorks with strong expertise in surface modeling.

Creative mindset with an ability to think innovatively for toy designs.

Understanding of manufacturing processes and materials commonly used in the toy industry (preferred).

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
