Valuation Services:
Provide expert valuation services for a wide range of purposes, including mergers & acquisitions (M&A), financial reporting, tax purposes, litigation support, and other purposes.
Conduct detailed financial modeling, discounted cash flow (DCF) analysis, market multiples, precedent transactions, and other valuation methodologies.
Stay current with valuation standards, guidelines, and industry best practices.
Client Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients by offering strategic insights and comprehensive valuation reports.
Participate in business development efforts, including identifying new opportunities, pitching services, and expanding the client base.
Strategic Leadership:
Contribute to the overall strategy of the firm by identifying opportunities for growth within the valuation practice.
Collaborate with other partners and practice groups within the firm to cross-sell services and leverage firm-wide expertise.
Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure that all valuation engagements comply with regulatory standards, professional guidelines, and firm policies.
Maintain the highest level of ethical standards and promote the firm commitment to integrity.
Candidate Requirements:
Professional certifications: CA / MBA (Finance).
Experience: 10+ years of experience in business valuation, corporate finance, or financial advisory services, with a significant portion at a senior level.
Technical expertise: Strong knowledge of valuation methodologies and industry standards.
Leadership: Proven leadership and team management experience in a consulting or advisory firm.
Financial skills: Exceptional financial modeling and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to clients.
Business Development: Strong business development and client management track record.
