Manager - Indirect Tax - CA (3-5 yrs)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced GST/Indirect Tax professional for the position of Manager/Senior Manager.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of Post-Qualification experience, preferably with exposure to Big4 or Big5 firms.

Key Responsibilities:

Advisory and Compliance:

- Provide expert advice on GST/indirect tax matters, including tax planning and optimization.

- Ensure timely and accurate compliance with GST regulations, including preparation and filing of returns.

Litigation and Representation:

- Handle GST audits, assessments, and appeals.

- Represent clients before tax authorities and tribunals.

Client Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their business and providing tailored tax solutions.

- Lead client engagements, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to deadlines.

Team Leadership:

- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and learning-driven environment.

- Review work completed by team members and provide constructive feedback.

Business Development:

- Identify new opportunities and contribute to the growth of the firm's indirect tax practice.

- Develop thought leadership articles, participate in seminars, and enhance the firm's market presence.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Chartered Accountant (CA), Cost Accountant (CMA).

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in GST/indirect tax, preferably in Big4/Big5 firms or reputed consulting organizations.

- In-depth knowledge of GST laws, regulations, and recent amendments.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and lead teams effectively.
