MLOps Engineer - Python Programming (5-7 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and Build Data Pipelines : Architect scalable data pipelines and infrastructure to support machine learning systems at scale.

- Model Deployment : Deploy offline models from data scientists into a production environment using Databricks.

- Performance Optimization : Evaluate and integrate new technologies to improve the performance and maintainability of production systems, with a focus on Databricks features.

- CI/CD & Automation : Implement CI/CD pipelines and automation to streamline model development, deployment, and retraining processes.

- Versioning & Auditability : Ensure all models are versioned and auditable, with strict data security practices.

- Collaboration : Work closely with business and technical teams to define system requirements and track progress on AI initiatives.

- Model Monitoring & Scaling : Take ownership of monitoring deployed models, ensuring they are scalable, retrained, and perform optimally.

- Proof of Concept : Develop and deploy proof-of-concept machine learning systems to demonstrate the potential impact of solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Experience : 5+ years of experience in machine learning model development, deployment, and monitoring.

Technical Expertise :

- Strong background in machine learning, data science, and AI processes.

- Proficient in Python programming and familiar with machine learning libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.).

- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

- Experience with Databricks and working in scalable machine learning environments.

- Strong understanding of CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes for orchestrating and deploying machine learning pipelines.

- Expertise in infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation) and tools like Jenkins and GitLab.

- Ability to develop scalable, secure, and maintainable data pipelines.

Additional Experience :

- Generative AI and Customer Data experience is a plus.

- 7+ years of data analytics or business intelligence experience.

- Solid understanding of feature engineering, data preprocessing, and model performance metrics.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Business Administration, or a relevant field.

- Experience with Model Versioning and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) for machine learning.

- Strong collaboration and communication skills for working across technical and business teams.
