Job Description
Experience 8 to 15 years
Education Any Master degree - Any Specialization
Desired skills Should be able to liaison directly with clients / authors / editors (National & International level)
Should possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in handling all levels of Editing (Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 copyediting and should have handled both Journals &Books editing process (language editing and technical editing).
Should have the ability to handle end to end of editorial process, Well-versed in at least one of the style manuals: APA, AMA, CMS, Oxford style guide and MLA (or) an equivalent style manual.
Flexibility and enthusiasm to work on teams targets for the number of projects assigned by the client.
Should have experience in working with the top management team to strengthen, maintain and further develop a standardized workflow and client offering.
Additional skills (will be an added advantage) Should at least worked for 8-10 years of experience in print or Digital publishing, in different editorial roles.
Experience in team management, mentoring and training fresher s and junior editors.
Proficiency in MS-office.
