Science/ IT) Key Responsibilities: 1. Curriculum Design and Blueprint:

• Develop a comprehensive curriculum outline and blueprint for Computer Science degree programs, encompassing a breakdown of subjects and syllabus for each semester.
• Ensure a logical progression of subjects from one academic year to another, aiming for student mastery in the field.
• Recommend credit systems for lectures, tutorials, and Practicals in a subject as per the academic program and degree to be offered.

2. Stay Updated with Technological Advancements:

Continuously monitor and analyze the latest technological developments in academia and the IT industry.

3. Subject Expertise:

Demonstrate expertise in subjects crucial to the field, including Cybersecurity, Artificial Intelligence, DevOps(AWS/Azure/GCP), Full stack development, and emerging technologies.

• Possess a minimum of 5 years of teaching experience within the Computer Science/IT department of the top 100 colleges/universities in India.
  OR
  6-8 years of experience in leading curriculum design and development in an Edtech in Higher Education space.
• Leverage this teaching experience to understand student needs and develop curricula that effectively address those needs.

5. Collaboration and Leadership:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, faculty, and industry experts to ensure a well-rounded curriculum.

Provide mentorship and guidance to curriculum development teams, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.

Implement a robust quality assurance process to review and improve curriculum content, ensuring it meets industry standards and educational objectives.

You will be required to travel across the country to colleges and universities ByteXL is partnering with.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in the latest versions of programming languages like C/Java, Scripting languages, and UI technologies like HTML5/React along with databases like RDBMS/NoSQL/Mongodb/GraphQL, etc

III. KRA-Associate Director - Curriculum Design and Development (Computer Science): 1. Curriculum Blueprint and Design:

Metric: Comprehensive curriculum blueprint and design updated annually and get the same approved by the Board of Studies.

4. Progression and Mastery:

Metric: Progression assessment scores showcasing student mastery levels at different stages of the program.
