Product Management Executive

Role & responsibilities:

• Suggest and implement features or improvements to enhance user experience and engagement for the Web Applications.
• Collaborate with management to understand business goals, application vision, and requirements.
• Work closely with developers to translate website requirements into technical tasks and features.
• Continuously analyse applications performance, user feedback, and market trends.
• Monitor the progress of development tasks and ensure timely delivery.
• Work with Product Management leadership to shape product strategy and translate into actionable short-term and long-term roadmaps
• Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap aligning with our company's mission and goals.
• Act as a liaison between management, developers, designers, and other teams to ensure timely app launches and effective go-to-market strategies.
• Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure product success and regularly analyze performance to drive iterative improvements.

Preferred candidate profile:

• 1-2 years of experience in product management, project management, or a similar role, preferably in web applications development.
• Strong understanding of mobile app development processes and frameworks.
• Strong technical background and experience working directly with Engineering and Product Design.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project/product management tools and software.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with diverse groups.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Adaptability and a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment.
