Product Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product execution from scoping features to delivering them on time.
• Define clear product requirements and work closely with engineering, design, and operations to ensure smooth delivery.
• Break down high-level product ideas into actionable tasks, maintaining clarity on what needs to be done now vs. later.
• Drive sprint planning and prioritization, ensuring engineering efforts are focused on high-impact features.
• Gather and implement user feedback rapidly, iterating to improve product-market fit.
• Ensure execution efficiencykeep teams aligned, track progress, and remove roadblocks before they slow things down.
• Set and track key metrics, ensuring data-driven decision-making to optimize product performance.
• Optimize project execution and practices, improving workflows for faster and more effective delivery.

Preferred candidate profile

• At least 2 years of experience as a Product Manager in a startup or high-ownership environment.
• Bias for executionyou get things done, make quick decisions, and keep the team moving.
• Founder mentality—you take full responsibility for delivering results, not just managing tasks.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with engineering, design, and content teams.
• A structured thinker who can turn ambiguity into clear action plans.
• Analytical mindset—you track metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve product success.
