Role & Responsibilities UX/UI Designer

• Conduct user research to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviours.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows using Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Design visually appealing UI components, layouts, and style guides that align with brand identity.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate ideas into intuitive designs.
• Perform usability testing, A/B testing, and gather user feedback to refine designs.
• Ensure accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design principles are followed.
• Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across platforms.
• Stay updated with the latest UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices.
• Work in an Agile/Scrum environment, iterating on designs based on feedback.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 2-6 years of experience in UX/UI design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and Photoshop/Illustrator.
• Understanding of user-centered design (UCD) principles and usability testing.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript (basic knowledge preferred).
• Ability to collaborate effectively with developers, marketers, and product managers.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present design concepts.
