Nature Of Work :

As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for crafting intuitive, engaging, and visually compelling user experiences across multiple platforms. Your role will involve designing high-quality digital products with meticulous attention to detail while leveraging deep product design expertise. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create seamless and effective design solutions that enhance usability, accessibility, and overall user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

- Strategic Design Leadership : Define and drive user experience strategies that align with business goals and user needs.

- End-to-End Product Design : Lead the design process from research and ideation to wireframing, prototyping, testing, and final execution.

- User-Centric Approach : Conduct user research, usability testing, and data-driven analysis to create intuitive and scalable design solutions.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of design solutions.

- Design Systems & Consistency : Establish and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure a consistent and cohesive user experience across platforms.

- Innovation & Problem-Solving : Develop design solutions that simplify complex workflows, including logistics and machine learning-driven functionalities.

- Multi-Platform Design Expertise : Design user experiences for web, Android, and iOS applications, ensuring responsiveness and accessibility across all devices.

- Performance Optimization : Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and emerging industry trends to enhance product performance and usability.

- Mentorship & Thought Leadership : Guide and mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning within the design team.

Requirements :

- 5+ years of experience in product design, UI/UX, or a related field.

- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and a willingness to explore new technologies.

- Strong prototyping skills and the ability to create interactive user flows and wireframes.

- Experience designing for web, Android, and iOS with a deep understanding of platform- specific guidelines.

- Solid knowledge of user-centered design principles, usability testing, and accessibility standards.

- Experience working in agile, fast-paced environments with diverse cross-functional teams.

A portfolio demonstrating high-quality UI and UX work, including case studies that highlight your design thinking process and problem-solving approach.

- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions effectively to stakeholders.
