About the Role
We're seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is critical to bridging the gap between marketing and sales, supporting our inside sales team with tools, content, and strategies that drive pipeline growth. The ideal candidate will excel in aligning marketing initiatives with sales objectives, optimizing campaigns, and delivering measurable ROI. Should have excellent understanding of markets like Europe, Middle East, India and Africa
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Enablement
- Collaborate closely with the inside sales team to develop and execute marketing strategies that generate leads and accelerate the sales cycle.
- Provide sales with tailored content, collateral, and tools, including pitch decks, case studies, and email templates.
- Act as a key point of contact between marketing and sales to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Campaign Management
- Design, implement, and optimize marketing campaigns focused on lead generation and nurturing, leveraging email, social media, and digital advertising.
- Analyze and report campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement to maximize effectiveness.
Content Creation and Management
- Develop compelling content for webinars, white papers, blogs, and social media to engage prospects and support sales outreach.
- Oversee content that educates target audiences on BuyerForesight's offerings and drives thought leadership.
Market research & Insights
- Conduct market research to understand buyer personas, industry trends, and competitive positioning.
- Use insights to inform marketing strategies and provide actionable intelligence to sales.
Event Marketing
- Support the planning and execution of virtual and in-person events, ensuring alignment with sales goals and driving attendee engagement.
- Develop event promotion strategies and follow-up campaigns to capture and nurture leads.
Lead Management and nurturing
- Oversee lead qualification processes, ensuring leads are effectively handed off to sales for follow-up.
- Implement and maintain nurture workflows within CRM and marketing automation platforms
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 8+ years of marketing experience, with a strong focus on B2B demand generation and sales support.
- Proven experience collaborating with inside sales teams to align marketing strategies with revenue goals.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to measure and report on campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Expertise in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in content creation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, results oriented environment.
- Experience with event marketing and webinar platforms is a plus.
