Roles and Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and convert them into paying clients.
  
• Meet daily/weekly targets set by the management team.
  
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software (e.g. Excel).
  
• Collaborate with other teams to achieve sales goals.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of experience in tele calling or B2C sales will be an edge.
  
• Excellent speaking skills, convincing ability, and punctuality are essential.
  
• Proficiency in English language is required; knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage.
