Job Description
- Minimum of 7-9 years experience in the communications field
- Master s degree from a premier institute, preferably in Communications, Advertising or Public Relations
- Preferable experience with a GCC and/or in retail
- Experience in managing social media strategy and campaigns across social media platforms for organisations
- Experience with social media tools, including for measurement and impact
- Experience in speaker outreach and curation for internal and external events
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong presence on social media
- Ability to build a communication strategy towards enterprise-wide initiatives, that help team members connect with the Target brand in India
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a strong relationship with stakeholders
- Good networking skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently while successfully delivering results within stipulated timelines
- Ability to work in and with a team.
