Business Operations Manager - Inside Sales - Workforce Services (3-5 yrs)

- Process Building & Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in business Operations processes and develop actionable plans to enhance productivity and quality across all departments.

- Operations Management : Manage Day to Day Operations achieving Daily Targeted numbers.

- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive inside sales strategy to achieve revenue targets, focusing on lead generation, qualification, and conversion.

- Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and motivate a team of inside sales representatives to meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.

- Provide ongoing training and performance evaluations.

- Lead Management: Oversee the management of inbound and outbound leads, ensuring timely follow-up, qualification, and efficient sales funnel management.

- CRM & Reporting: Ensure accurate and up-to-date data entry into CRM systems (e. , Salesforce, HubSpot).

- Generate and present regular sales performance reports and dashboards to senior management.

- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align on lead generation strategies, campaign goals, and customer retention initiatives
