Job Description
Seeking an expert Business Intelligence (BI) Engineer & Insights Lead to partner with customers, partners, and team members. You will be responsible for crafting data models, developing dashboards, and delivering actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
What You Will Do
- Architect and design end-to-end BI solutions, including data models, dashboards, and reports, to meet business requirements and drive actionable insights
- Own the design and development of scalable, high-performance enterprise data models optimized for reporting and analytics, ensuring seamless data flow and the delivery of accurate insights.
- Work closely with geographically distributed quality engineers, product management, user experience designers to deliver the requirements.
- Be a mentor and role model for junior BI Analysts.
What You Need to Succeed
- Bachelor s or higher degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 8+ years of overall experience in data and analytics or related fields.
- 4+ years of experience in developing and deploying data pipelines, preferably in the cloud (Azure, AWS, or Databricks is a plus).
- Proficiency in Power BI with advanced knowledge of SQL and PySpark for data manipulation and transformation.
- Experience in data modeling for analytics and reporting purposes that can be demonstrated.
- Solid grasp of data visualization principles and standard methodologies.
- Outstanding analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and deliver actionable insights.
- Strong collaboration skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with ETL processes, data extraction tools, and reporting technologies.
- Strong communication skills to effectively present insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of Python or other scripting languages for data manipulation and analysis.
