Business Intelligence Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities:

• The person will need to create and maintain reports that allow the company to get information on daily business activities.
• Analyze Operations performance details on a regular basis
• Review and analyze SLA vs Achieved for the projects
• Analyze data daily, weekly, monthly & yearly project trends
• Highlight weakness, areas of improvement & progress of Ops team
• Understand the criticality of the business & update the management regarding the need of the hour basis the data analyzed
• Manage & project team performance, call center performance & project performance.
• Manage reports & analyze the trends
• Help with any ongoing Process Improvement Project
• Handle any adhoc tasks as assigned by the Supervisor

Skills/Qualifications:

• Should be good with excel, formulae’s, pivot charts, v-lookups, and other excel formats.
• Should have eye for details when fetching reports
• Should be able to summarize & highlight trends.
• Experience into reporting or data analysis activity is desirable.
• Should understand & comprehend English – the profile requires communicating with US based teams and Management.
• Qualification – Bachelors or any degree in computer system or application would be an added advantage. Undergraduates with atleast 3 years of relevant experience will also be considered
