Business Development Officer

We are looking for a talented and driven Business Development Officer to join our B2B team and help us grow our business in the gold, silver, and gift voucher market. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, developing, and maintaining long-term relationships, and promoting our products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients and opportunities in the gold, silver, and gift voucher industry.
• Reach out to prospective clients via cold calls, emails, social media, and referrals, and generate qualified leads.
• Build rapport and trust with clients and understand their needs and preferences.
• Present and demonstrate our products and services and how they can benefit the clients.
• Negotiate and close deals and contracts with clients and ensure timely delivery and payment.
• Maintain and update a CRM database with client information and sales activities.
• Provide after-sales support and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with the internal team and provide feedback and suggestions to improve our products and services.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Attend industry events and trade shows and network with potential clients and partners.

Requirements:

• Masters degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B, Corporate and Institutional sales, preferably in the gold, silver, and gift voucher industry.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills and the ability to close deals.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented, with a passion for sales and business development.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
• Willing to travel frequently and work flexible hours.
• Knowledge of the gold, silver and gift voucher market and industry trends.
• Job location would be metropolitan areas in India.
