Business Development Manager

Candidate form surface coating field will be preferred. In this case the education and experience can be compromised.

Preferred background: COATING, SURFACE COATING, POWDER COATING, LIQUID COATING, PT LINES, COATING MACHINES

Allowance Role & responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic business development plans to meet sales targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets.
• Maintain and build strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Provide technical sales support and product demonstrations to customers.
• Travel extensively to meet clients and attend industry events.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with the technical and manufacturing teams to ensure customer requirements are met.

• Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and client understanding is a plus.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 3-10 years in machine sales, preferably in the surface coating field, GEMA, coating industry.
• Education: Graduate (Education can be compromised for candidates with experience in surface coating).
• Background: Engineering background preferred.
