Job Summary

The Business Development Manager will drive growth in the Chennai region by building relationships with architects and consultants. The role focuses on generating business leads, promoting paint products, and ensuring product specification in architectural projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business strategies to achieve sales targets in the Chennai region.
• Build and maintain relationships with architects, consultants, and contractors.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Promote Sirca Paints' product range to clients, providing product knowledge and technical support.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet revenue objectives.
• Participate in industry events, trade shows, and seminars to build brand recognition and generate leads.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient service delivery.

Qualifications & Experience

• Any Graduate / Post Graduate
• 4+ years in business development/sales in the paint industry, focusing on architects and consultants.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop client relationships.
