Business Development Manager

Job Description:

• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective students and their families.
• each out to prospective students to introduce Securium Academy's courses and offerings.
• Provide detailed information and guidance to potential students about various programs, helping them make informed decisions.
• Drive the admission process by converting leads into enrolled students, ensuring enrolment targets are met.
• Maintain regular follow-up with prospective students through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
• Keep accurate records of student inquiries and admissions in the CRM system.
• Gather and report on student feedback and market trends to aid in improving our services and strategies.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong Communication Skill

• Qualification - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience of 1 Years to 3 years in a business development role within the EdTech /IT sector.
