Business Development Manager-Bancassurance

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets through Bancassurance partnerships.
  
• Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key stakeholders at bank branches.
  
• Conduct regular meetings with branch managers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing) to develop joint initiatives and campaigns.
  
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to optimize sales performance.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-6 years of experience in Bancassurance or related field.
  
• Strong understanding of bancassurance products and services.
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
• We have 2 opening- 1 in Rampur, 1 in Bareilly(for Key relation group)
