Responsibilities:
1. To enhance revenue within existing and new clients, through continuous client engagement and optimization of product mix. 2. Develop and nurture deep relationships with leadership and key stakeholders of Strategic Accounts 3. Effectively understand client s business needs and propose the best fit customized solutions. 4. Business planning with proper account planning of each key account to achieve target. 5. Managing Key Accounts for business generation. 6. Resolve any issues faced by customers and achieve a timely delivery of proposed solution for customer satisfaction. 7. Serve as the link of communication between key customers, internal & external teams. 8. Play an integral part in delivering to customer needs that will turn into long-lasting relationships with company. 9. Prepare & publish regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders. 10. Achieve forecasted sales goals. 11. Ability to act independently as we'll as manage team.
