We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our growing team.
- This role will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying new opportunities, expanding market presence, and building strong relationships with clients.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, business development, and client relationship management, with the ability to generate new leads, convert prospects, and retain long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Growth & Strategy:
- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company goals and expand market share.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across multiple channels (new clients, existing clients, -partnerships, etc.
- Lead and manage the sales pipeline, from prospecting to closing deals, and ensure consistent revenue growth.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and ensuring delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Provide timely and accurate feedback to clients regarding project status, proposals, and solutions.
Sales & Proposal Management:
- Lead the creation of proposals, presentations, and business cases for new opportunities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient proposal development.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design campaigns that align with business goals.
- Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Product, etc. ) to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Provide insights to the product and services team based on client feedback and market demands.
Networking & Partnerships:
- Identify and participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build the company's brand and attract new business.
- Build strategic partnerships and alliances to expand the business.
- Foster long-term relationships with key industry stakeholders and partners.
