Position: Business Development Manager (BDM)

Sharing the Brief description of the role:

We are hiring Business Development Managers who will be Frontline Sales staff responsible to drive IndiaFirst business through Bancassurance channel with our channel partner Union Bank of India (UBI).

This is a pure field job and candidates willing to make a career in hardcore sales are welcome.

Each BDM is assigned approx.. 5-8 branches of UBI in the surrounding area of ones base location offered, where the BDM need to develop and grow business for IndiaFirst through effective relationship management with Bank officials and Bank customers.

This is a target-based job. All the training, support and leads required to achieve the assigned targets will be provided by the company.Role & responsibilities
